FAQ
Scheduling, pricing, usage rights and what to expect on shoot day.
Most shoots are scheduled around your and the seller’s availability, but light matters. West-facing homes look best in the early afternoon, east-facing homes in the morning, and north-facing homes early in the morning. Any home can benefit from twilight photos.
We prefer three days’ notice so we can prepare properly. Ask about shorter timelines and we will do our best to fit you in.
Pricing is based on square footage and the services you need. Photography starts at $349, property video at $499 and our all-inclusive package at $1,200. See the full pricing page for every tier and add-on.
It depends mainly on the size of the property. For most homes, plan on about an hour. Larger homes and commercial buildings take longer, and we will give you an estimate when you book.
Cancelling or rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside 24 hours there is a $100 fee. If we arrive and cannot get into the property, or the shoot is cancelled on site, the charge is $100 plus 50% of the quoted amount.
Once paid in full, you can use the photos, video and other media for marketing. The license is yours and cannot be transferred or sublicensed without our written permission. For real estate, usage lasts as long as you hold the listing. If another party wants to use the media, please refer them to us; an additional licensing fee may apply.
We are based in Los Angeles and serve Southern California real estate markets. Locations more than 1.5 hours’ drive away have an additional travel charge.
With the homeowner’s permission, we often use a contractor’s lockbox to let ourselves in. Otherwise, you or the homeowner will need to be there to let us in at the appointment time.
Yes. Furnished or staged homes are usually more attractive, so if the home is vacant we recommend staging at least the main bedroom, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. We also offer virtual staging; just ask for a quote.
